Plane ticket for my cousin's wedding....
Booked…almost.
I reserved the ticket so I had some time to call my mom and let her know that I ended up getting on the same departing flight as my dad and the same return flight as both of them and now Continental won’t let me actually purchase the ticket. Etsy update.
One of my goals this week was to get some of my feather goods posted on Etsy. I attempted to take photos of about 10 items to get started and this proved more difficult than I imagined. I can be a decent photographer when I try and I am going to have to try a little harder before I can get everything posted.

It's been a hell of a week.
I definitely could have handled this week with more composure, but the stress got to me. I snapped at a few people, freaked out about things I had no control over, worked too many hours and ate too much junk food.
But today, a big weight was lifted off my shoulders as things started to fall into place. I feel so much better. I am really looking forward to some dinner and drinks with my friend...

V-Day/President's Day weekend recap.
Friday - Worked from home due to the snow covered roads and because my office building had no power. Met up with my friend/co-worker Shaun, a true NJ boy, who was in town for a work event. We bitched about work, rambled on about how we can’t find normal people to date and had a few drinks.
Saturday - Ran some errands. Lounged around. Gave myself a manicure. Did laundry.

This little piggy...
Ate like a piggy today.
I think my diet might be on hiatus for the long holiday weekend, which officially starts tomorrow, but in my mind, started today. It started with a work-related luncheon, where they served a decent salad with apples, feta cheese and walnuts, then fried chicken breast with sides of mashed potatoes and veggies and the kicker, chocolate cake for dessert.

I tend to cry while watching Grey’s Anatomy or Private Practice. When I need a good cry, I usually watch The Notebook. I cry like a baby every time I watch that movie.
