Decisions, decisions.

I saw some awesome condos today. By seeing so many places, it makes it easier to narrow down what I want and don’t want in a home.

I found two places that I really like and I keep going back and forth on them. Weighing the positives and negatives and trying to decide if the pros and cons really are pros and cons.

Condo #1 has a cute little courtyard updated kitchen and bathrooms and both bedrooms are on the second floor. It’s also right next to the Katy Trail, has a pool and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Condo #2 is slightly odd looking on the outside, but its a standalone condo, meaning there are no shared walls. It kind of sticks out in the middle. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an updated kitchen hardwood and tile floors and has a balcony off the master bedroom and living room.

This is just such a huge decision, I want everything to be perfect and I just don’t see myself settling for anything less.
