Yoga: Class 2

I don’t think there is one ounce of sweat left in my body right now. The heat was on at yoga class today. Even my shins were sweating.

I know I did a lot better then yesterday, even though the instructor came over and “fixed” me a few times. I feel like I bended more and moved into crazy positions I didn’t think I could do.

I am trying to take one thing the instructor says away from these classes. Today during meditation, he said that thoughts will start to enter your mind again, but allow them to exit, don’t analyze them. We didn’t have any thoughts of fear or anger or doubt for one hour today, so why can’t we let them go when they enter our mind during the day? 

Good question.
