Yoga: Class 5
Today was the last day of my yoga trial. And I actually signed up for a month.
I took away one thing from today’s class. Look for the glimmer of light in a negative situation.
I am in one negative situation right now, but it’s not easy seeing the glimmer. I am looking real hard though.
