Best Coconut Cream Pie in Dallas.

This month’s issue of D Magazine had the top 10 desserts in Dallas. Ashley and I headed over to Strong’s Everyday Tavern today to have lunch and stuff our faces with the coconut cream pie.

I had chicken parmesan salad and she had the no bun burger (with jalepenos, of course). We both had bloody mary’s to nurse our hangovers too.

We were pretty full, but had to have the pie. They have two items on the dessert menu - coconut and chocolate cream pie. We ordered a piece of each. The coconut was like heaven on a dish.

I wonder if you can buy a whole pie to go?
