Completely random night.

I left work around 5:45 tonight and as soon as I was just around the corner from my apartment, my gas light came on. I drove around to the 7-11 and it was shut down! I mean completely fenced off, signs down. What happened in 2 days?

So I drove down a few blocks to the other 7-11 and gas was only $3.94. I found my new gas station!

I got home, put my stuff down and randomly went into a cleaning frenzy. Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the bathroom counter and toilet. Then I made some spaghetti, talked to my mom and decided it was time to clean the bathtub.

There I am scrubbing the tub and I turn the shower on, I have one of those shower heads that lets you change the water pressure, like massaging or whatever, and it decides to bust. Water is spewing towards the ceiling and I am drenched. Great! I found the old shower head under my sink and had to get my pliers out to get the old one off and the new one on. Good thing for the pink tool kit my mom gave me when I went to college.

I just took and shower and finished packing, watched Weeds and now I need to go to bed. My alarm is set for 4:55am.

New York City, here I come. Welcome me home with open arms.
