This new design is a result of sitting around a bunch of techies all weekend.

I think it needs a few tweaks, but overall, I am pretty pleased. Thanks to The Doctor and Matt for their help.

I have been thinking of starting a new blog lately. I am not sure what the topic will be, but I like to cook…and eat…and I do random things like clip coupons and bargain hunt. I am also single. I have a cat. And I grew up in New Jersey. I am an only child too.

I don’t really see a theme with those things, but I’ll keep thinking about it. It’s great to write down random thoughts and quotes and experiences and share photos, but it would be nice to write about something I am passionate about.

Over the past few days I think I have made some serious progress making my mark in the vast space we call the Internet. I bought a domain name. I switched blogs. I taught myself how to direct my blog to my domain name…or whatever.

I have always been self conscious about my online presence, but for some reason it doesn’t really bother me any more. I think I owe a little bit of this change of heart to my good friend and go-to Internet guy, John Ratcliffe-Lee. There are a few others out there that played a part as well, but I will keep them to myself.

So, here’s my new site. I am making a vow to write something or post a picture or a quote, something, as often as possible. I can’t promise I will do this every day because crazy things tend to happen in my life that I can’t control, but I will try my best.
