The Bushes will be neighbors with the rich and famous - Mark Cuban, T. Boone Pickens and Dallas Mayor, Tom Leppert. Ross Perot, Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips and Dallas Stars player Mike Modano are former Preston Hollow residents.
