What I ate/sampled at the Texas State Fair last Thursday.

• Fletcher’s Corny Dog
• Fried Pickles
• Fried Cake Balls
• Fried Salsa with Queso
• Fried Peanut Butter, Jelly & Banana (PBJ&B)

Entirely TMI.

This is probably way too much information to share, but I found it rather funny.

While at the “lady doctor,” my doctor decided talking about the fried food at the Texas State Fair was a good conversation to have while she was doing her business.

I love the fair, but I am not sure I have the excitement for corny dogs and other deep fried goodness as I did before.
